Start with your glass.
Choose a beer, wine, cocktail, spirit, seltzer, or zero-proof preset. Use a custom entry when a preset does not describe your drink.
LAST ROUND / Drink tracker
Last Round's drink tracker helps you record what you have had, with details you can check and change. Your own pace is the point.
Choose a beer, wine, cocktail, spirit, seltzer, or zero-proof preset. Use a custom entry when a preset does not describe your drink.
Check the pour size, alcohol percentage, quantity, and time before saving. Change an entry if the details were off.
Review your drink timeline, water entries, and past nights. Set a personal cap if you want a reminder of your own plan.
The tracker uses the drink size and alcohol percentage you enter to calculate its U.S. standard-drink equivalent. Different pours can contain different amounts of alcohol, so check the label or ask about the pour instead of assuming the preset is exact.
Editing an entry updates your log. Your personal cap is a planning preference; it is not a safety threshold. Water entries and ending a session do not remove alcohol from your body.
Last Round includes an optional BAC model for adults who choose to enter the required information. Its output depends on the entries and model assumptions and can differ substantially from your actual BAC.
Never use the drink count, personal cap, or BAC estimate to decide whether to drive. Plan a sober ride before the night begins.
The core drink log is stored locally. Signing in alone does not upload your private drink history. If you choose connected group sharing, review which summaries you have enabled. Export your records if you need a backup.

Yes. Last Round includes a zero-proof preset and custom entries. A night without alcohol can still include plans, check-ins, and a ride home.
No. It is not a measurement of your actual BAC or a driving clearance. Arrange a sober ride independently of the estimate.
